Dr. Haterius earned her Doctorate of Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University.
Dr. Haterius appreciates the rich history of teaching and supporting students in academics, vocational offerings, fine arts, and athletics that is evident in CCISD. She believes in the importance of excellent teachers and coaches in every classroom, on every stage, or athletic court, course, or field and is always amazed and appreciative of the special teachers who hold students’ dreams for them until the students believe and can hold them on their own.
Dr. Haterius has been married to Craig Haterius for 33 years. Craig is employed by First Care, a subsidiary of Hendrick Health Systems. Together they have three sons: Derrick, Sven, and Nils and one beautiful daughter-in-law, Kristin. Gail has said that she appreciates having another female in the family!
