Registration for new students to Clyde CISD will be on August 5th and 6th
from 8
In order to help speed up the enrollment process, please have the following:
- PREVIOUS SCHOOL RECORDS
(Withdrawal record from previous school attended
required. Last report card from previous school attended.)

- PROOF OF RESIDENCY (To verify, upon enrollment,
that the student and/or either parent is a resident of the district.
Clyde CISD requires this information. A utility bill is preferred.)

- SHOT RECORD (30 day enrollment without this
item)

PARENT/GUARDIAN NAME & PHONE NUMBER
Clyde CISD will record the name, address, and date of birth of the
person enrolling a child. (The child must be enrolled
by the child's parent or by the child's guardian or other person
with legal control of the child under a court order.)
